Christmas is Coming at Lane End

Everyone is enjoying the run up to Christmas at Lane End.

Our Infant Christmas Show of 'The Little Angel' really dazzled and the children sang beautifully during our Junior Carol Concert.

Our PTA Christmas Fair which was a huge success raising £2333 - thank you once again to everyone who helped and everyone who came and supported.

The children all made crafts to sell at the Christmas Fair - they decided how much they would need to sell their crafts for to try and make a profit. The children manned the stalls and even provide some Christmas backing music with their instruments. After the fair each class worked out the profit they had made so that they could buy resources for their class.

We took a group of children to sing at Cheadle Hulme Methodist Church's Carol Service on 4th December and they did a wonderful job singing 'The First Nowell' (and a little bit of 'We Wish You a Merry Christmas').

The infants visited the Methodist Church to see the 'Christmas Trail' which they have installed. This shows the Christmas Story in scenes which have been put up around the church.
