Zambian Visitors

We have a 'connecting Classrooms' link with three schools in Zambia. The headteachers from these school came over to visit Lane End in April 2013. They spoke in assembly about their schools and country and spent time talking to the children in each class. Our international school council  (made up of children from Lane End and our two Stockport partner schools - St Peters and St Simons) spent time helping to arrange the visit and accompanied the headteachers on a visit to Lyme park as part of the week. Class 4 also took the headteachers to Bramhall Park and Hall. Mr Vallance will be visiting Zambia in the new school year and bring back information and tales of his visit. He will also be able to take the letters we have written and help the Year 4 class answer questions for their work about Zambia.
